Why I Started Ready Set Mark
37 Years Around Sport. One Simple Goal.
Having played and been around sport for the past 37 years, I’ve seen first-hand just how much work goes on behind the scenes to get everything ready for game day.
I’ve spent enough time around sporting clubs to know that it’s often the same dedicated volunteers and committee members doing everything — organising teams, preparing facilities, setting up grounds and making sure everything is ready before the first whistle or first ball.
A Better Way to Mark the Field
One job that has traditionally taken a lot of time and effort is marking the field.
Measuring, setting out string lines and trying to achieve perfectly straight markings isn’t always easy — and we’ve all seen our fair share of wavy lines!
That’s one of the reasons I started Ready Set Mark.
I saw an opportunity to use modern GPS-guided robotic technology to take the time, hard work and guesswork out of field marking, giving clubs, schools and sporting organisations access to accurate, professional-quality results.
